    The USGS reported that at 11:50 am local time a 4.4 M earthquake occurred 49 Kilometers south of Grand Cayman. There is no tsunami threat for the Cayman Islands.

    HMCI has received a number of felt reports of a small earthquake tremor. Confirmation through USGS is still pending. There is no tsunami threat issued for the Cayman Islands.

    Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lee reports that 184 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since last reported on Tuesday, 10 November. All were negative. The total # of people in isolation, either at a government facility or in their homes as required is 898.

    CMO Dr. John Lee reports that 263 COVID-19 tests have been conducted since last reported in 6 November. 3 were positive. The individuals are travellers who returned a positive test result following routine screening. They will remain in isolation until considered recovered.

    Chairman of the National Hazard Management Council announces the 'All Clear' for the Cayman Is. at 7 p.m. (Incudes Little Cayman and Cayman Brac) TS Eta is now 109 miles to the NNE of Grand Cayman, and 54 miles NNW of Cayman Brac. The storm is moving away from the Cayman area.

    'All Clear' Issued for Grand Cayman. Cayman Brac and Little Cayman remain under Tropical Storm 'Warning' TS Eta is 85 Miles NE of Grand Cayman and moving off to the NE at 16 mph. CUC and NRA crews are still working to repair damage + residents asked to avoid roads.

    CUC Linesmen are restoring damage to poles and lines caused by TS Eta. In addition, a preliminary damage assessment is underway and crews from the National Roads Authority are out clearing roads. Residents are asked to remain off the roadways until the 'All Clear' has been issued

    A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for the Cayman Islands as TS Eta begins to move north of the Cayman Is. On the current forecast path, conditions will improve for Grand Cayman through this afternoon and for the Sister Islands from approximately 7 PM this evening.
