Este comunicado confunde. El Ministro @MineducGT ha comentado que no hay pacto colectivo sino "proyecto de pacto". Pero en el punto 4, se comprometen a trabajar con Comisión de Finanzas @CongresoGuate en la ampliación del 2018 para el cumplimiento del Pacto Colectivo. ¿Entonces? pic.twitter.com/SmhJYqC5tN
