Some good news for a change from #Guatemala. @CIPEglobal partner @CIENgt and the Citizen Security Coalition point to significant decrease in # of homicides from 46 (2008) to 26.1 (2017) per 100K inhabitants. Per comparison the US rate hovers around 5 per 100K. @MejoremosGuate

El problema son las cárceles desde allí se dirigen muchas cosas y las visitas entran lo q quieren y a ese respeto es poco lo q se hace. Además este ministro hacía capturas pero de cien 5 eran procesados los demás libres por falta de pruebas
