JB & Coach Dungy also hosted a discussion with the workforce about the coach’s philosophy on leadership, team building, dealing with setbacks, & living an “uncommon” life.
Asked what lesson guided him throughout life, Dungy said: “If you really want to do something good, do something that helps others. Don’t look for sympathy. Look for what you can do to make the situation better. To be good at what you do, you have to be able to reach everyone.”
You will be surprised how hard it is to find motivated agents, once they realize they never work for CIA officially, risk and need to be EXTREMELY independent, working in a cell-based network.
