On April 6, 2019 Sergeant Steven Licon, #13348, was struck by a vehicle while conducting an enforcement stop in Lake Elsinore. Sergeant Licon was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. You will always be remembered as our hero.May you Rest in Peace🙏🏼
