1. I understand that you want to extend on the criterias, but isn't "widely recognized outside of Youtube" subjective and unfair to the wide spread of content on the platform? Someone who does one type of content, like gaming (Fortnite, League etc.) may be easier recognized

2. Compared to someone who makes a niche type of content. And "strong presence online" as well. It all seems very subjective to me.
