When are they going to break ground on the new facility? Are they going to still do a magnet test this summer?

Hi there! Planning to break ground this spring with a magnet test planned for early this summer.
That is very exciting, 2years to build facility and I stall equipment I would guess? I'm glad your doing a test this summer, I hope it's a big success.
I have what might be a very stupid? I've noticed all the reactor seem to push for a smaller form factor 1 why, cost or functional? And 2 would there be any benefit to a collider sized reactor?
