Programming and any creative work overall is so hard obviously on the emotional side, because of all the brutalities. But then also one can never know if a key team member doesn't get detained randomly.

Lukashenko never really liked it. His cronies received from him the exception for the cheap in-/out-flow of foreign money, on condition that none of the money reach opposition. And Lukashenko is likely to axe (tax into oblivion, as before) the money flows. Thus the relocations.
