They are only trademarking it's use when used in titles the way they used, ie "Cyberpunk X". ONLY. How's that shitty?

So they say. A term that defines a genre shouldn't be trademarked. Will games using 'cyberpunk' like Cypher get a cease and desist? Hope not

yes its legal DICE have trademarked the word "battlefield" yet everyone can still use the word battlefield in game titles
