If you have any store-bought romaine lettuce at home don’t eat it and throw it away. This includes whole heads and hearts of romaine, chopped romaine, and salads and salad mixes containing romaine lettuce.

What about "baby romaine"--it's not chopped romaine, but is part of spring mixes. Also, Wegmans says this about their romaine products: https://www.wegmans.com/news-media/product-recalls/2018/chopped-romaine.html … Are you still saying to eat NO romaine, even if supplier has been changed? Thanks.

Do not buy or eat romaine lettuce at a grocery store or restaurant unless you can confirm it is not from the Yuma, Arizona, growing region. This includes whole heads and hearts of romaine, chopped romaine, and salads and salad mixes containing romaine lettuce.

My understanding is that Pruitt deregulated watering restrictions and this was the result. Could be wrong, but I read it. Can't recall where because I read 50 plus articles a day and it's all just like having 50 tv's on at once.
-
Could be. His mission seems to be deregulating everything. Kleptocratic kakistocracy. I’ll tag you if I come across anything on it.
-
Deregulation is to get rid of big government. Big government = less indivisible freedom. Yes, it’s that basic.
-
I think you mean individual freedom but here’s a great quote by Nelson Mandela on indivisible freedom. “Freedom is indivisible; the chains on any one of my people were the chains on all of them, the chains on all of my people were the chains on me.”
-
Also another way to say deregulation is dismantling protections on consumers, water, air, etc. Many regulations are necessary. Read up on what Pruitt is doing. You may agree with me.
-
Yes I see that many regulations are commingled with expensive money making big government grabs. I agree with some regulation but not the abortion that was under Obama.
-
Money making? Do you find it acceptable to use contaminated water to irrigate produce? Because that just caused an ecoli outbreak. How is clean irrigation making money for the government? You clearly don't care much health. Happy Earth Day.
