Actually, you know, I'll speak up about this a bit more. Y'all want shit on time, and want to avoid burning out PR panelists? Pay them. (remember, passion is a finite resource) Let's get a PR panel Patreon going. Stretch goals lock in guaranteed PR dates. Incentivise them.
Until we throw some money at this problem, the vicious cycle continues It's a time intensive, thankless volunteer panel. Passion is great up until your personal life gets a bit busy, and then players start tweeting "WHERE THE FUCK IS THE PR". Pay them to put up with this shit.

Graphics are usually paid for (only time I’ve seen it not is if a community member is nice enough to volunteer to do it no cost), but it’s usually just out of someone’s pocket without compensation to them.
