From Wasatch Back CCL member Doug Evans. My religious beliefs embrace care for our planet. “I am grateful that leaders such as ⁦⁩ are thinking outside the political box and working on real and bipartisan climate solutions.”

“We have to be very clear with them. What we want with NEPA is not to take away the environmental protections; what we want is quicker answers and more certainty once those answers are given.” ⁦

There are many choices that we can make to be part of the solution. However, the real way that we, as individuals, can make a true difference is by talking about climate change. Talk about why it matters to you and what solutions can be implemented. - Dr. Hayhoe #BYUDevo

“We have an opportunity to be at front of next wave of investment in energy tech. #Utah has advantages that other states can only dream of. We’ve earned our reputation as pro-business, free-market state. All we have to do is walk the walk.” -

Very persuasive op-ed from CCLer pushing back on misguided efforts attacking firms that consider ESG in their investments. Jobs of the future are in #CleanEnergy. Don't roll up the welcome mat when opportunity comes knocking.

I was honored the published my opinion piece about the Climate Solutions Townhall last Monday. Reps and their challengers Glenn Wright and Rick Jones give me hope for enacting climate policy solutions.

Love this by ⁦@OceanSebi⁩. “The discussion was civil, informed and pragmatic, focused on ways to move forward, with few of the partisan jabs that have become, to the detriment of our country and communities, expected of many of our politicians.” sltrib.com/opinion/commen

Thank you to and for organizing this trip. Rock Canyon holds a special place in my heart and it was great to share it with others plus hear from experts about the work being done in Utah on climate issues.

How do we move the climate action needle? One way is via our "Field Trips" where we bring conservative politicians together with their climate-concerned constituencies. 🌎Today, @RepJohnCurtis of #Utah hiked Rock Canyon w/ folks from UofU, BYU, CCL, Audubon, YCCD & more!
