I'm incredibly glad I don't have to deal with this human in any capacity in my daily life. Good grief. There is a term 2020 created for people like this, 'Karen.'

Sorry, but this piece was bizarre and the points of substituting indifferent retail or service people with go-getters could’ve been much better told.

Who let David Sedaris air this piece? His desire to fire people who displease him was reminiscent of Trump. Plus, the sounded like a male "Karen. And it seemed a little sexist that his two examples of irritating employees were women. Surprising he could be so tone-deaf.
