Odd. Isn’t that exactly what we did with Iran?

Hmmm...sounds similar to another deal just-canceled.

@sengraham2016 How about we disburse money at home before we do so in North Korea? May I suggest to Puerto Rico, increased funding for education, social security, Medicaid, food stamps, job training, low income housing...Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Umm, isn’t that what the Clinton Administration was doing in the 1990s? As didn’t the GOP insist that it stop?

Interesting that people supporting giving air to a totalitarian regime in North Korea are the same ones who condemned
@BarackObama opening relations with Cuba!@JoeNBC@chucktodd@NicolleDWallace -
Air not air!

I’m not comfortable with it. Can we really trust someone who needs to be bribed to do the right thing?

But wait, offering financial incentives to Iran to denuclearize was "treason."
-
It’s private sector investment, after we have verifiable, irreversible, and complete denuclearization. Unlike giving plane loads of cash while allowing the country to continue to spin nuclear centrifuges: Obama’s JCPOA.
-
Since this hasn’t happened yet your description of the NK deal is just aspiration, not accomplished fact, & there’s still no essential difference between the two. Also the money was Iran’s, returned to them, & all observers agreed Iran was not pursuing nuclear weapons under JCPOA
-
It’s all together different: it’s theoretical but the truth is that if it happens it will be complete denuclearization with unfettered access. Not a freeze until 2025 with all infrastructure in place. World of difference than JCPOA. You and I both know that
-
And my castle in the air would be totally different from the house I live in, except that it doesn’t actually exist. And you mean “altogether,” it’s one word.
-
I’m not arguing with a troll on Sunday. I’m certain you have nothing constructive to add and I’ll mute you if you’d prefer that to debate. Poof! Be gone. You have no power here.
-
I was actually going to wish you good luck as a prison rights advocate & a public defender, as it seems we are on the same side there. Not everyone who disagrees with you is your enemy.
-
I apologize. I’ve been bombarded with a lot of hurtful comments today. I appreciate you’re views on this and I completely agree with you that it’s really all supposition at this point. Please accept my apology. Look forward to reading your thoughts on the issues of the day.
