Delete this tweet. They are not "alleged" victim. Nassar is as guilty as sin. Delete this tweet.

Agreed. Whilst I revere their accomplishments, and their accomplishments are glorious and myriad, I have to wonder how much the Karolyi's knew and what if anything they did about it... and if not, why?

It's so hard to know. Abusers like Nassar are professional conmen, I remember thinking a lot of the Romanian coaches were ESL, which might have made things more complex. My parents were hoping to send one of my siblings to that camp / gym. I'm glad now that it didn't work out.

True and I truly hope they are completely blameless. And i'm thankful because of Nassar it didn't work out as well.

Maybe don’t use the word “alleged” since he plead guilty to abusing myself and hundreds of other girls. Sincerely, a Survivor

Get an editor or get off Twitter, this tweet is terribly inaccurate. They ceased to be “alleged victims” when he pled guilty to 175 counts.

They’re not “alleged” since he pleaded guilty and was convicted. Change your headline and your article. How dare you try to downplay what they have been through?
