Ms. Rodriguez should post on her Airbnb ad that waving to neighbors is a requirement, While also reminding her that not waving isn’t illegal and absolutely ZERO grounds for calling the police.

Just trying to understand what "looking guilty" means? Especially when the basic premise of law is innocent until proven guilty.

Exactly.

He means: they look black to me

Well then explain what you meant.
-
Yeah I wonder too because guilty ppl don’t walk out of an Airbnb load their car in daylight and then go on insta live to show how they robbed a place and the police is annoying them...

The police can’t choose their calls. These guys seemed ok and aware the call is not theirs whether to show up or not. They are sworn to investigation so have no choice. Who ever called the police is to blame. 20 minutes on a burglary is short.

I wonder what she said on the phone, cops don’t pull out helicopters for a burglary ...she must be one of those drama queens, screaming on the phone
-
There should be a “false pretences” law. Penalty for reporting false crimes would allow cops to investigate real ones.

Well, you do want your neighbors looking out for your home. Home owner should have told all neighbors she was starting an airbnb. That's what I would have done.
-
No the neighbor should have minded her fucking business. My neighbors are not my security system.
-
Guess it depends on whether you like your neighbors.

Cops responded to call and did nothing wrong. The problem is that people are quick to call 911. How is race not a factor? 4 white women walking out of the house and she would still call 911?! BullS—-
