        not going to happen people don't want a bill each month that is higher then there electric bill.Most solar companies have gone bankrupt.Only one person is pushing for this and she will not get elected.

        Of course this would happen in California because solar panels cost a fortune and generate very little usable electrical energy. But it shows they care about the enviroment.

        This is a statutory shakedown of citizens by the solar industry. Solar is already having a great time ripping off senior citizens....why not get a law passed to hit everyone else? California already has too much of this intermittent and ineffective resource. This is nuts.
