"It's not my way to trumpet the fact that I am a woman up for the top job at CIA ,but I would be remiss in not remarking on it -- not least because of the outpouring of support from young women at CIA and, indeed, across the IC," Haspel says https://cbsn.ws/2FYiABL pic.twitter.com/Yxd2Jy711s

Senators should ask Gina #Haspel why President #Trump cited #Israeli intelligence to nix #Irandeal and not U.S intelligence agencies.

A political "witch hunt" if there ever was one. Since when does U.S. penalize someone for following the law? This is strictly political for Democrats opposing Gina Haspel. She has served honorably for 33 years, but is under scrutiny solely for being a Trump appointee.

The problem with that is some were innocent. The United States was a nation of laws but the CIA willingly wiped its ass with those laws probably due to guilt of not doing their job in the 1st place which was to prevent terror. Now they are the terrorists.

Having been through SERE training and having first hand experience with water boarding, no one dies. Strict procedures are followed. The Administration approved the use of enhanced interrogation.

Why put someone who lies & tortured for a living thats how we got in this situation in the 1st place. George Tenet carrier in intelligence missed 9/11 lied us into a war in Iraq & let Osama Bin Laden go. Leon Panetta a civilian brought back respect to CIA & killed Bin laden.
