Those are pretty big mistakes for one of the medical examiners to make.

Right now I don't believe those were mistakes. I see some major bias here.
-
Right now things are so backwards in this country I have no idea what to think. I guess a third should now be done, as unfortunate as this is, and they ought to take pictures since there are drastic differences in the conclusions they came up with.

Whoever was so terribly wrong, should have their license revoked

Running cover for those cowards that shot another man in the back? Being high on pot, cocaine and alcohol is no reason for a death sentence. Shame on you CBS.
-
The original autopsy don't match up. This is a real concern.
-
More than getting shot in the back? Yes there should be some concern but where's the outrage?
-
If the intent was to shoot him in the back, than its clearly wrong doing. But holding an unknown object in the dark while running from cops can get a person killed. In many cases people will need to go out of their way to stay alive when encountering the cops.
-
He was in his own backyard. You are blaming the victim you twit.
-
Personally, if I was on the run from the law, it would be nice if the cops just stopped the chase as soon as I made it to my house or my grandmothers house.

Being inebriated isn’t a capital offense, and lowering the number of shots fired into Mr. Clark’s back from 6 to 3 doesn’t magically change his phone into a gun.
-
Its not a capital offense, but I personally know cocaine and opioids will effect a persons judgment. And running from the cops while holding an object is never a good idea to begin with.
-
Running from the cops is also not a capital offense.
-
Do you believe the cops shot him just for the sake of murdering him?
-
I don’t know what was in their minds, but my instinct is no. Unfounded fear, aggression, institutional bias, and disregard for human life other than their own in this situation were probably contributing factors. None of those are acceptable on a police force.
-
Well, most police trainers are former military, and a number of cops are too. They would train cops to function as if it was a battlefield. That's how things have been for some time now. Sometimes citizens will need to go out of your way to protect your own live.
-
Except we’re not at war at home. Our streets are not a battlefield and, even in battle, unavoidable civcas aren’t acceptable. Our police are not soldiers, they are police. The man ran the “wrong” direction (his grandmother’s house) with a phone in his hand and now he’s dead.
-
The US military kills civilians all the time and its not just from drone strikes. Its likely to be classified military info in many cases. Sometimes it gets reported, but reporting classified military info is treason.

Your wording is inaccurate. An autopsy cimissioned and paid for by the family and their lawyers is hardly "independent" as the family are party to all this and not disinterested bystanders. Please correct.
