        I live in Louisiana been fighting FEMA 2 years now .Got no help I even started a go Go fund me account to get help got one 9 dollar http://donation.Got  a letter last week said no roofs are to be covered ,only ground flooding but my roof is caving in I am disable 64 yrs old.
