They are only barred from flight & trains. With credit scores here means no job, housing, vehicle, and can’t afford flight or afford trains.

The difference is that you still have a voice. You get to go on Twitter and tell the world how much you hate your government and campaign against them (if you so wish) and vote differently and express yourself however you want to without fear of your credit score being affected >
-
You can not express yourself however you want. Plenty of people have lost jobs doing just that which can lead to missing a payment and lowering scores. Having a poor credit score does not mean you qualify for bankruptcy. You need to be able to afford bankruptcy also.

1) I wasn't talking about a job setting but as you are, there are specific employment laws that fight anyone losing their job because they expressed an opinion. If anyone you know has gone through this, let me know and I can point them towards an extremely good employment lawyer
-
2) Like i said there is nothing to stop you expressing your opinions outside of the working environment, like on twitter. In china, certain social media is banned unless it is vetted by the government. It's a dictatorship.
-
3) I, in no way, have said that I agree with the current credit scoring system. It's bullshit. But do not compare this to the system in place in China. This crosses a line which should be fought at all costs.
-
But it won't be fought, not by people who deeply believe everything in the US is worse.

I wonder when the Dems are going to put this into action in our country .
-
Capitalism and the income disparity it creates is anti-democratic in that it undermines democracy. Case in point, the US does not have a democracy because the poorest of us have virtually no voice while the richest of us can practically write their own laws.

Capatalism is the market free of government interference. Using the government for the benefit of a business is the anthethis of Capatalism.
