This is nothing new. Puerto Rico struggled with an unstable power grid years before hurricane Maria. The utility CP had unstable fiscal & management grounding for years. As of 2016 PR reported $9 billion in debt. PR&VI Hurricane damage is $90+Billion.🤔http://www.energytrends.org/puerto-ricos-blackout/ …pic.twitter.com/JkoShIpfbn

The lying left #MSM seem to think we all forget about the history of what Puerto Rico's Power Grid was before the 2017 Cat 5 Hurricane. Left MSM so-called journalist aren't worth a 💩at investigative journalism. The simple facts are, they lie and throw blame to the @POTUS 😡

I'm afraid so and I probably don't need to add that it's a plan I whole-heartedly DISapprove of. Too many scams as it is.

I lived in Puerto Rico, years ago. In Hato Rey, we had power only two weeks a month, for five years. That was normal.

Next hurricane season starts in 44 days. We are not prepared. It's a shame how the US gov. has abandoned us. When Sandy, Katrina and others hit US, we helped. When americans were stucked in the Caribbean for Irma, we came to the rescue for them... Is it so hard to pay foward?

Sad to see so many people suffering. The fact that they are Americans makes it even worse. My heart goes out to everyone who is suffering emotionally financially and especially psychologically.

But didn’t they already have an unstable power grid before the hurricane and a corrupt power company and government officials before the hurricane ? Asking for a friend !

Yes...because every body with a viewpoint that differs from you is a “Racist”. Not one word about race in my post but you were still able to find it ! Good for you, you can now come get your participation trophy

Your defense seems to omit any factual information regarding the state of a Puerto Rican power grid before the hurricane.

It was widely reported. But the fact DOES remain that you basically called my post racist without me posting about anything racial. But back to reality, PR had, before the hurricane a very shaky grid and good portions of the island didnt have power to begin with before hurricane
