Here's a crazy idea, how about parents start teaching their kids how to be decent human beings? Then we wouldn't have to worry about hypocritical companies like @Starbucks trying to teach equality , decency and morality. Hand your kids a Bible, instead of the Xbox controller

My boys were able to navigate their bibles to find answers to their questions, and life problems before they could navigate a @Starbucks menu, Google, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Netflix, Xbox, or Playstation. They weren't raised by social media, or the internet.

You should be, but you didn't solve a problem, you just moved her to another coffee shop. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY, that is justice. You are no better than the Catholic church moving pedophile priests to new churches and protecting them.

Why wasn’t this a HR standard from the get go? A good company will foresee and address problems before they arrive at their doorstep.

Good luck with that. You can’t train bias out of people. You can only set rules that do not discriminate and hope the team is smart enough to follow them.
