Pretty much every store in the country needs to do the same. It's time to end the fear and the hate. #RacialBias

That's just ridiculous! Where does it stop. There's more to this story than what we are being told. You don't get arrested by law enforcement if you do what your asked.

What a super example for many Executives , CEO’s, Chairmen & Women to benchmark. It is walking the talk associated with excellence & change management behaviors. It is about truly standing up to your brand image, people, product & service not only concerning personal selfishness.

Why did the Philadelphia Police Dept. get a free pass on this? Did the officers really have to take those guys away in cuffs?
-
Yes, they were asked to leave and did not. Don't put this in the police.

LOL, stupid liberals focusing on symbolism over substance. Two loiters were asked to buy something or leave the store, they chose to be arrested. I hope libs protest this stupid liberal haven out of business.

It’s outrageous that the CEO is pandering to these men. There was a reason the employee called LE. Loitering inside a business is a crime. What were the circumstances? There’s a whole lot more to this story. I’m done with SB! I had this training over 20 yrs ago. Nothing new!

I’m a huge fan of SBand have visited SB coffee shops in just about every state and major city in our country and have never ever witnessed a black person nor any other race being mistreated or disrespected by any of the employees of the store. Do we know the whole story here?

Except, the Starbucks manager was following Starbucks policy. No loitering .
-
You mean if black, no loitering. Whites do it all the time at Starbucks.
-
If the manager called cops because they were Black why didn't she call them the moment they walked in? Why let them use the bathroom? I don't know. Maybe it's the crime stigma associated with Blacks that make some people nervous.
