A. Who called the police? B. That person is the responsible one for this. C. The cops just did their job, weather we think it was right or wrong. Pretty sure this isn’t happening in ALL @Starbucks

Cops did there jobs yes. No one is complaining about cops. Complaint is many ppl sit in establishment like this waiting for friends b4 ordering. I dont know of a case where anyone was@ever arrested in any establishment waiting on friends to before ordering. But maybe you do?
-
The CEO of Starbucks should forfeit one of his many homes and one of his many millions for these gentleman.
-
Someone will pay!
-
The CEO feels horrible about it instead of firing a manager who struggles to get by on a Starbucks salary. The CEO should give up some of his many millions and lead by example.
-
I bet this CEO would have called the police himself if he seen one of these gentleman inside of his gated community. Talk is cheap
-
I have to agree. :(

Says the person who experiences racism often. Yup you know what that’s like and it’s all imagined what’s the problem, racism doesn’t exist ppl just get over it. Black ppl are so sensitive

-
Racism exists, just not in every situation. Calling this an issue of race does more to undermine equality than to advance it.

That manager did nothing wrong. If you want to go sit somewhere and not buy anythingthdn go to the library!
-
But there were white ppl sitting who didn't buy anything. Are you really this stupid, Terry, or do you think that rules don't apply to white & black ppl the same?

Loitering turned into trespassing. Why the outrage? STOP making everything a racial issue.
-
Exactly. They should be apologizing to Starbucks. This is what's wrong with the culture these days!
-
I’m sorry didn’t see the post you were referring to. But I guess I always ask, if you had done the same thing would you be ok with the response. I also guess, it depends on who and what you believe about this particular case.
-
If I were asked to leave a place of business, I would. If it were for a bogus reason I'd still leave, but take it up with upper management afterwards and raise heck. I would not refuse to leave and force a police situation on myself.

Now they refused to leave. The mainstream media always leaves out important facts like that.

Guys, can we lighten up a bit? I absolutely think it was awful what the employee did. This was not the direction of a company.
