Senator, I say this gently, your tie sucks. You’re wearing it to cover your gut, not to accentuate your outfit. I spot you 57 lbs and I still eat more wings. You know it, I know it.

How old are you? When you get older it is difficult to be lean. Why would you tweet such things? I hope you are a dapper dresser but for some clothes aren’t the most important things in life.
-
We all have flaws. Why not concentrate or remark about his service to our country. Talking about weight and clothing is irrelevant to the convo. You were just trying to insult someone.

that money (800 billion he made) did not belong to him --- that money belonged to the people who's information he stole only if in fact they gave him permission to sell it. He sold stolen intellectual property -- lock him up
-
He made his personal fortune through the information that he has taken and sold to others. Now, we here, that he is to make a payable FB platform, making more money. It's all money. Worth billions you would have thought a better suit would be in the offing.

Why are users outraged by this application? YOU ARE in control of your data, consider what you post to begin with, turn on security & privacy functions OR DONT USE facebook as the be-all end-all communications. I find it batshit boring, swamped in stupid memes & braindumbing crap

Nobody reads those ToS agreements anyway, find me one person that actually does...
-
Exactly! I think they were deliberately designed to be unreadable or to discourage you from reading them.
-
Oh they definitely were. The average person doesn't know about contract law. They can be tricky even for lawyers to navigate
-
..and it’s a totally free service. FREE so even more reason not to care or read it. This is all such non sense and so not productive. We have so many big problems yet we focus on this.

Banks have been mandated to use "plain English" for decades. Anyone with a fiduciary responsibility (which Facebook should be construed to have), must be mandated to use plain English. Your data is at least, if not more, valuable than your money.

Not just privacy agreements and not just Facebook. ALL gov't or industry self-regulated compliance has evolved into protection for the provider, not the consumer. Most of the language is too difficult and lengthy to be attempted to be read. And designed with that intent.

After all this-the popularity will wane but inevitably come back because society is hooked on instant gratification. That’s what they get out of Facebook. Zuckerman knows it. Pathetic
