        that money (800 billion he made) did not belong to him --- that money belonged to the people who's information he stole only if in fact they gave him permission to sell it. He sold stolen intellectual property -- lock him up

        Fix your quote. That's not what he says: he's slimier than that: "I think that we clearly view it as a mistake IF we didn't inform people…" He's planting doubt as to whether they did or did not. They did not.
