China needs to accept the fact America has the right to be competitive and profitable in the trade market, share the wealth,or lose it.

We have local U.S.A. One person companies that would like to create global netwoeks and would be devastated if they have to give up their IP in China. They’d rather not import which means they’d rather work at McDonalds.

We are aware of the reasons behind the joint venture requirements but Entrepreneurialism relies heavily on supporting people that always come up with new things and don’t copy. Thomas Edison had over 1,000 patents in the U.S.A. and over 2,000 worldwide.

Some of his decendants are distitute which is a shame. Many celbrities also have family on welfare due to fraud, copyright theft and poor sales. China needs to be realistic. You can sponsor a child in the U.S.A. now which was investigated as fraud and turned out not to be.

The IP system was developed to encourage inventors and artists to release their products and creations. They are not obligated to and private sales and galleries are auite profitable.

Gen Y isn’t driving and we have a “Don’t buy anything culture” which the blue space brownies dont like. iPhone sales are down and agriculture can be done locally. Gen Y prefers it.

Intellectual property protection is real simple. Copyrights get lifetime protection plus 50 years after death for decendents. Patents are 20 years Trademarks are 10 years and renewable every 10 years forever.

Dirrivitove works means a clone that is slightly modified. This requires permission and from the copyright holder and a small licensing fee off each sale. The copyright holder is allowed to alert FBI of knockoffs oe bootlegs and audit books to obtain penalties when fees not paid

Berne Convention covers copyrights, we would like China to agree to this convention. Patents and Trademarks vary. Gen Y would like to see this dtandardized globally through U.N.

There is no change in statement from any other year. Neither is there any change in the overall direction of economy. Any benefits of opening up won't be enjoyed by the U.S. if it continues it's delusional strategy.
