"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Unless an "assault weapon," as liberals call it (AR-15 is not an assault weapon), is not a [fire]arm, this judge is wrong.

Pretty sad that these are considered "assault weapons" when they are basically a standard rifle that has plastic to make it look "cool" to some people. Literally any weapon: gun, car, bomb, knife, is considered an "assault weapon" if used to assault someone.

Tell the kids in Parkland that it's not an assault rifle.

It was Justice Scalia who held in the Majority Opinion of Heller v D.C. that the Government could ban assault weapons. According to Justice Scalia:pic.twitter.com/ecZrkb1RU4

I'm not a civilian, I'm a citizen. Big difference. If I can afford it and maintain it properly, I would consider it a 'citizen firearm'.
