I live in the Charleston area. I don't see what's so remarkable about the friendship between Scott and Gowdy. We're not so racially backward here that there's something "unifying" about a couple of groveling Trump sycophants and opportunistic politicians sharing common interests.

Um, no. Plenty of white guys and black guys come together after a shooting. You don't see black guy's and white conservative guy's coming together. The white conservative guys are too busy defending the shooter.
