        it's hard to accept this person is responsible for criminals, while he's doing criminal activities just as bad or worse than the incarcerated. When someone thinks they're above the law, they shouldn't be the law.

        He knew this was morally wrong yet he did it anyway Instead of using the money to better the community. Or change the budget to reflect the actual dollars needed to feed the inmates. He lied and he cheated and he stole.
