This generation of gorillas are soft. And this interview is over. (From gorillas born in the 80s and 90s)pic.twitter.com/zr7p4ZkLT5

He sees people all day long... of course he’d start walkin like them. This isn’t a good thing... let him back in the wild
-
He’s part of a critically endangered species and was born in a zoo so he likely wouldn’t survive in the wild. The Philadelphia zoo does phenomenal work to care for endangered species so let’s not act like he’s mistreated.
-
Well if he’s endangered, I guess it’s ok. Just not a fan of zoo’s. The animals look so sad.
-
There are absolutely zoos that should be shut down for how they treat animals, but i highly recommend looking into the work of some. Philly is the oldest in the country and invests a ton in their animals care and safety as well as conservation efforts outside the zoo.
-
That’s really good to know. I’ve only been to the zoo twice m, San Diego Zoo being one, and it just wasn’t a good experience. The animals looked malnourished and very sad! So now I only go to super small zoos that don’t really have exotic animals. My 2 yr old likes animals.
-
San Diego Zoo is literally the best zoo in the world tho.
-
To each his own. They may have a nice, big zoo... & who knows, like Helena said, they may be doing a great job at preserving endangered animals. I just did not like that I could see the ribs of some animals. But I’m sure some zoo’s care more about their animals’ appearance.
-
@sdzsafaripark and@sandiegozoo are the world leaders in care for their animals. They work so hard to rehab and rescue. For some animals, seeing ribs is a sign of good health. - 9 more replies

Perhaps the "Big Foot" legend is a species of gorilla because this gorilla looks like a real life big foot.
