        It's not just in the elected office, it's also in a lot of nonprofits. There are nonprofits where CEOs are taking 1.2 million dollars and cutting funds from helping their clients

        So they get an allotted amount for food and sometime in the mid 20th century a law was written and passed that the sherrif gets what’s leftover annually. Who’s in charge of the food is the ?
