United is apologizing again for a pet blunder. First, a flight attendant placed a puppy in an overhead bin before it died on the flight. And now, the airline is trying to bring back another dog after mistakenly sending it to Japan, instead of Missouri. http://cbsn.ws/2FAUhyh pic.twitter.com/8UrozzIC1q

Those responsible, airline staff and airline, should be arrested. They deliberately tortured and caused needless suffering to a live animal, resulting in its death. Shameful! If this were my dog, I would not let this go.

This kind of mix up should never happen. Did the owner of the dog that died in the bulkhead check on it at all? Sad all around.

Absolutely unacceptable to put a dog in an overhead bin. This is a disgrace and the flight attendant should be fired.

Japan. Missouri. Understandable mistake Both places sound exactly the same😅. Sounds like United aught to do hearing tests on its employees.Or is"selective" hearing (you hear what you want to hear) a requirement to work for them?
