Fully institutionalized. No rehabilitative plans...of course people return to prison. This guy is just able to know that he feels safer inside than out, many don't have that insight.

-
go figure tho,(my point) the brother with a criminal past was struggling to re-enter society as a working person again; Prolly no schooling, no skills, etc. Sad too
-
not to mention the mental aspects which for him may be too difficult to overcome.

There is a legend of a man who was arrensted in the late 1800’s as a young man and did 60 years in jail. He asked for his horse and guns upon release. The jailer shooed him off saying horses aren’t allowed and guns can be purchased in town.
-
He had never seen cars, radio, credit cards, computers, jets, planes or huge cities. Huddled over In nervous a breakdown, a passerby asked him what was wrong and where home was. They took him back to the prison with tears in his eyes.
-
He banged on the outer gate, almost getting shot. A jailer called the warden and he was allowed to live out the rest of his days in the prison with special priviledges when the warden and his staff were around.
-
He was in his early 20s when he went in, around 1898 or 1899, he was in his 80’s when he came banging on the gates. It was around 1958 or 1959. Some say he died in the late 70’s or early 90’s the warden slowly exposing him to society until he died a happy man in the wardens care.

This is not unprecedented, silicon valley
#Flyguys have only wosened social cohesion and cultural exchanges with their lifelong betas, constant drive for another penny squeeze out of their free app running on offline and ad blocked networks. -
They say Astro aughts, explorers, researchers, royal families, and decendants of inventors isolated from a sex filled, drug crazed, violent world suffer the opposite peoblem. Being exposed to a primitive society after years of immersion into the pinnacles of human achievement...
-
They stare idly at the gates, met by
#Flyguys or violent gang bangers, they wither away or dissapear and make their way back to their families chateaus and fortresses.
