Does the law say you need to be 21 to buy the six pack? What's the law say that the age is for a rifle? 18 right? So if your POLICY states 21....you are committing age discrimination because store policies don't supercede state laws. It's a simple concept.

I support the 2A but I also support better gun laws. I commend these retailers for taking a step forward on what they think is right

So you walk into a store knowing the age is set at 21, but still pursue in trying to purchase a gun at the age of 20? What doesn’t he understand? Come back next year. Quit crying

You walk into a bakery knowing the owner is a Christian but still try and buy a cake. The law is the law! It cuts both ways so quit crying and if you don't like the law change the law.

only ones crying are those who aren’t getting there way because they can’t accept the law. And your argument is a cake and a bakery? Nice one 👍🏻

Boom! You just said it yourself. Can't accept the law! When did this law change? It didn't! The store enacted policies. Policies can't supercede laws. It's actually a very simple concept. Glad you understand it fully now.

And if your aware of the policy, why would you still continue to go in the store to try purchase a weapon, knowing they would refuse? To try get your own way? Cause it’s what you want?

Just to get a little attention and probably some jail-cell attorney type convinced him he could hit the jackpot with this sure-fire lawsuit. As he goes back to his Gameboy and Cheetos saying I'll call an attorney tomorrow.

I wouldn't count on that. On the surfaces it's pretty clear cut. Looking forward to seeing what the court has to say.

I suppose all constitutional rights upheld by the supreme court are just as meaningless. I think @DICKS should also restrict sales according to what a person looks like, their sexual orientation, and their religious preference.

My kids are discriminated against every time we go to the amusement park. They are not allowed to go on rides if they are not as tall as the alligators hand. This is height discrimination, pure and simple.
