Landed safely. The takeoff was necessary, as the tire probably blew once they were at the point of no return. If they had tried to stop, they would have run out of runway. Hats off to the pilots and crew.

Note that when the headline says "it kept going", that is a good thing. Different speeds are calculated prior to t/o, one being a speed in which the aircraft would run out of runway if it had to slam on the brakes. Best procedure is to get airborne and then return for landing.
