Mass shootings are a *uniquely* American phenomenon. You don’t think the 350M guns have something to do with that? We are 4% of the global population and yet we own 40% of the guns....
-
Thats why if anybody tried that Red Dawn shit, theyd have a problem

So for each of these do you have to go thru an FBI background check? I don’t think so.

Birth control is harder to get than an AR-15.
-
But not an abortion, just walk into Planned Parenthood.
-
Because a man who calls himself Crusty has experienced immaculate conception and walked into
@PPact to get an abortion. Give me a break. -
The problem is not the gun. Virtually every mass shooter has had a mental issue and most were on meds for it. P. S. My 2 kids were planned.

Putting aside the complexity or ease of acquiring an AR-15, the better question is: should ANY civilian be allowed to own one?https://twitter.com/realdonaldnixon/status/965726571825975296 …
-
More people have died by medical mistakes every year than have died by being shot by an AR15.
-
It’s why medicine is strictly licensed and regulated. Doctors have to pass state board exams, go through extensive training and carry malpractice insurance. Gun owners should be required to do the same.
-
As soon as you have to carry malpractice insurance to exercise your 1st Amendment right to free speech.
-
Your first amendment rights are regulated as well. You can be sued for libel and slander for abusing your free speech. You cannot incite a riot or violence with your speech, etc. If your first amendment rights are regulated, your second amendment rights should be too
-
They are, way more than any other Right afforded in the Constitution. Nobody has to go thru a background check before they speak.
-
I don’t have to pass a background check to buy a gun. I bought my Patriot at my local gun show 3 years ago. I paid cash and walked out with it.
-
Then you didnt buy from a licensed dealer. Did you have to fill out Form 4473?
