The fact that we even need to consider this is truly messed up.

Seriously. You're shamelessly exploiting a tragedy. By suggesting a Bullet Proof Backpack? Safety of American children. Should not be carried on their backs. The safety of American children. Should be carried on the consciousness. Of our elected official. Not on backs of children!

Happy they tested the AR-15 to show how much more powerful it is than other guns. At this rate, we're all going to dress like Iron Man or Black Panther just to get through the day. It'll be our fault for not wearing body armor to the market when the shooting happens.

Please share this today, especially with your gun nut friends who say no new law will make any difference. It will. The statistics in other nations prove it out.

Schools here in FL are moving toward more and more online curriculum. Some kids carry ZERO books, and only carry notebooks in their hands because a backpack is too bulky. I would imagine that this is likely true in other parts of the country as well, no? Can anyone confirm?

Its outrageous that this is what we have to do, instead of addressing the real problem. Why should the burden be put on the children/childrens family to worry more about their protection? Something they shouldnt have to worry about at all.

Considering that most shootings have used rifles firing 5.56, a backpack that only protects against.44 is inadequate.

It's a sad state of affairs when our children have to tote bullet-proof backpacks to school. In my day, my biggest fear at school was getting the paddle in gym class for forgetting to spit out my gum!

we need to protect people, not the contents inside of a back pack. A bullet proof backpack does not protect your face, eyes, chest, legs, feet, or headhttps://youtu.be/5LJdAPXp5os
