His victims weren’t given the option to live or die, why should he?

No offense to his or anyone’s rights but it seems a little ridiculous to me that he can bargain like that when his victims could not.

I couldn't agree more.

Nope. He needs to feel what they felt in those last seconds.

I don't normally support the death penalty, but in this case I don't think a plea bargain should be an option.
-
Well then you support the death penalty
-
No I don't. I just said he shouldn't be allowed a plea deal. I am not the judge or jury. That's for them to decide, but I don't think a person who shot and killed 17 people should be allowed a plea deal. Perhaps you should read the words instead of trying to incite an argument.
-
Your words are vague and convoluted. You don't express yourself very well.
-
I choose my words very carefully. Perhaps you don't understand very well? I'm sorry for your lack of education. I sincerely hope that you can rectify that. BTW, I see by your profile that you're a bot. You'll be reported. Have a nice day!

Don't answer the obvioulsy trolling morons. Your point was clear as air.

Thanks Merlin.

To hell with that....bury him alive
-
Damn that is hard core. I said shark tank but this would be so much worse.
-
Give him enough oxygen to survive as well

Yeah I bet he would. This was premeditated and he deserves only the worst possible sentence.
-
Agreed. He posted his warning on YouTube and planned in advance. He was screaming for attention. Like his attorney said, he’s broken but he’s not a “broken child.” He’s a stone cold killer. He deserves the same fate as his victims.

No deal

I oppose the death penalty
-
In this case, I don't
-
Death penalty is about revenge, not justice. Endless appeals will put the victims families through more than they should have to endure. Lock him up, throw away the key and get some closure for the families
-
In this case, he deserves the ultimate penalty. He willfully and cold bloodedly killed 17 people. 17. 17. Let that sink in. Some classrooms he visited twice. Then he calmly went to Walmart and MacDonald's. While I think the death penalty is not the way, this time it is
-
Again. That’s not justice. That’s revenge. I’m thinking about what the appeals process (which sometimes takes decades in a death penalty case) does to grieving families. Just a difference in opinion
-
Again that is how I feel and that is my opinion about this. This is not a debate. Thanks
-
Respectfully, I think it should be something that is debated. Too important not to. We agree this kid deserves whatever is coming to him whether death penalty or not. Anyway have a nice rest of the weekend
