The FBI dropped the ball. They had his name & intent months ago & could have easily learned he is a member of a white supremacy group. The FBI didn't because terrorist & non-terrorist alerts are treated differently. This differentiation must stop. Treat ALL terrorists the same.

Absolutely. Mark Buckingham did the pencil work and Robert Campanella was the inker and Pam Rambo colored. It's from Shadow of the Bat: Wax Man and the Clown,(80). The art and story is fabulous!
