        Stating that in this country we have due process is not siding.Its called the law. Allegations should never take anyone down, in any situation, without due process. There are plenty of murderers, with plenty of evidence against them, and we still allow them due process.

        Yes, and it's not clear when the FBI was specific on these allegations. It seems they said there were marital problems but they didn't show Kelly the details or photos until last week. I agree if he knew the allegations in detail with photos he should have asked him to resign.
