This would have been a much better use for the $1.5 trillion that the #GOPTaxScam will cost us

That's because he has already run up what is likely to be the biggest deficit in history and they have no more money to squander.

This way private investors can charge for public roads any toll they want and if they can't make enough money they abandon the project and stick taxpayers with it.

Where that happens you see a resurgence of toll roads. The folks on the lower rungs of the income ladder will be once again paying a disproportionate amount of income for transportation.

Lax regulations contractors like the ones used by FEMA in Puerto Rico. Structure will last a year maybe two. Despicable administration. They need to go

I do pay tolls every day so there goes that argument. That also happened in San Diego going over to the Island. When it was paid for toll both came down. Have no problem with the users helping to pay for it. I am paying.

If you like paying tolls, cool. Dallas North Tollway has been taking tolls since 1968. Sorry, I don’t feel all warm and fuzzy with private entities wanting to spring toll roads everywhere.

Totally a signature @realDonaldTrump scam. Use other people's money to finance the project then blame it on them if it doesn't succeed!
