what happen to due process
-
He's had "due process", and gave a plea of guilty.
-
he did not have due process do process meand you have the right by .the sixth admemtent to face your accuser
-
6A is applicable when facing a trial; with a "guilty" plea the defendant is agreeing to forgo the trial phase and continue straight to the sentencing phase. His accusers were not only there, but also read their impact statements to the defendant and court. GL in law school.

Who else molested these girls so that they lacked the recognition at the time that his conduct was not out of line?
-
It's a fair question, but too many people don't seem to understand how abuse works. How power, shame, threats and guise of care/love/support are used to distort a victim's sense of reality, combined with all the adult enablers.
-
I suppose adult enablers are that to which I was alluding. Having once been 15, I find it remarkable that their was no supervision/review
-
I hear you. I think denial, cognitive dissonance, fear of being wrong & desire to protect reputation are too powerful for too many people. We all engage in these in small ways every day. We should all ask ourselves where we're complicit in turning away.
-
True. All psychological mechanisms. But 150 seems like a pretty high roster given personality variations, parents, siblings, coaches etc.
-
Equally astounding (and daring)would be a coordination of 150 successful perjuries, reiterating why we must give credence to victims
