Dr. Jackson on how the president can eat McDonalds and drink Diet Cokes and still be healthy: "It's called genetics. I don't know. Some people have great genetics. I told the president if he had a healthier diet over the last 20 years he might live to be 200."pic.twitter.com/KjWZZTTMIR

Reporter: How much sleep does he get on average? Dr. Jackson: He doesn't sleep much. This is just my guess based on being around him... But I would say 4 to 5 hours a night and I think he has probably been that way his whole life. http://cbsn.ws/2Do03Bo pic.twitter.com/10yAx8w9xk

Reporter: Do you have any concerns about his use of Twitter? Dr. Jackson: Twitter doesn't involve me as a doctor. I don't have any concern on that. http://cbsn.ws/2Do03Bo pic.twitter.com/p5bDu3RR6v

Reporter: [Trump] plays golf a lot almost every weekend. Does that help his health? Dr. Jackson: Yes. I think so. It's a good way to get outside and relieve stress, so if that's what he enjoys doing I think it's healthy for him to do it. http://cbsn.ws/2Do03Bo pic.twitter.com/fGqvMYurBf

The ultrasound was presumably of his carotid arteries, as obviously ultrasound is useless for seeing the adult brain (it cannot penetrate the skull). Interesting that he deflected attention from the CT or MRI brain scan - was that normal, or did it show some serious volume loss?
