The Walt Disney Company might soon replace "do not disturb" signs at all of its resorts with ones that say "room occupied." The move is a response to the Las Vegas massacre in October, and it means hotel staff can enter guest rooms for almost any reason:pic.twitter.com/dRUtjhjrBl

@derrickg745 probably not allowing guests to have enough weaponry to start a small war would be better.

So let’s not change ridiculous gun laws, because that wouldn’t make any sense. We will solve mass murders by changing the signs on the doors.

This will not work for Flight Crews. 30% of our required rest time is during the day. IE: International and Red Eye Flights. Interruption of rest = Cancelled Flights. @CBSThisMorning @GayleKing #LifeofaPilot

It will work for flight crews. It will work for everyone. Should a person be 'locked' in the room for days on end (like the shooter was) then staff will enter the room. Otherwise, they'll be discrete. #CommonSense

In the spirit of health & safety (which pilots understand very well) it is better to be prepared than not. #riskmanagement 😊

        Replying to @SwooseGoose @CaptBMAC and

If you are placing your health and safety in the hands of the housekeeping staff, you are naive at best. In the meantime, many people/families will be intruded upon due to housekeeping's need to stay on schedule. Common sense will not prevail.

So send in a low paid worker to get shot first that way the people with money can get away. Brilliant move.
