Poor kid, scared for life! Poor little guy ,he probably thought that monkeys were cute little animals that had fun in the jungle.... people are screwed up.
I say again. We don't care for their half hearted apologies on a deliberate racist stunt. Someone should be sued for promoting racism and people should boycott their products.
seriously? You actually think it was deliberate racism? Parents of all colors lovingly call their child monkey.
You can call yours I don't call mine and my parents didn't call me one one. That act was deliberate. Just like throwing a banana into the football field at a black player.
I was always called a cheeky monkey as a kid.
Well good for you. I wasn't and I was sure as hell not used as a model for an advert with "coolest monkey in the jungle" boldly emblazoned on it.
it was not meant to be racist but of course its being twisted into it. his parents obviously didnt think it was racist to allow him to pose in it and had no problem collecting the check, parents at some point always call their kids monkey especially when they are hyper
You know what? There are things acceptable among friends and family but not acceptable in public and from strangers. This is one of them. His parents were either carried away or greedy they didn't bother thinking deep.
Did the mom/dad/brother/sister/aunt /uncle/agent have a problem when seeing what the child was going to be wearing before the actual photo was taken?
How about YOU apologize CBSNews for really bad grammar! I mean 'an photo', 'it's website' ... what the hey-did a pre-schooler hack your twitter

Anyone who thinks this was on purpose needs help . They didn’t see a problem and shouldn’t need to apologise . Only liberals see colour everywhere , they make something from nothing and perpetuate their own brand of distinct racism .
What does a monkey have to do with a black kid? Who’s making this racist comparison? Why can’t a black kid wear a monkey shirt?
That's what I thought. Anyone making the comparison is racist.
Who cares about The Weekend? It’s a set up & certain people will flock to the Sorry Sales to spend $ just like they vote for Dems #Naive
