Won't see any justice against police in this country. That have likely already started the cover up on this case.

Just why dose this happen.

-
It’s called an unintended casualty(of war).
-
It's still sad to hear especially around the holidays and make me (and other people) mad.
-
Yeah, it is sad; any death is...my mother passed away on 11/28 this year, a week before my birthday, and the cancer care clinic hastened her death due to deafness...don’t see me suing or making a stink out of a circumstance that was beyond their control (she wld hv died anyway).
-
I'm sorry for your loss.

Deputies murdered the boy by willfully and maliciously assaulting unarmed suspect, wantonly and callously firing on an occupied home. Sheriff failed to train and supervise while allowing this pursuit to proceed with no oversight or caution. Homicide w/ malice aforethought: guilty
-
Suspect/circumstances similar to Gilbert Flores. Bexar SO learned nothing from that and added cavalier disregard for innocent residents in home.

Casualties of war are an unintended consequence of keeping the peace/Justice.
-
On American soil its involuntary manslaughter, or murder, not war.
-
No, it is NOT. Remind us where you matriculated to earning you law or criminal justice degree. Waiting...
-
In modern, civilized nations the police are NOT the military, ergo not at war. And the law in the US still pretends, at least, to operate under Peelian Principles:https://www.nytimes.com/2014/04/16/nyregion/sir-robert-peels-nine-principles-of-policing.html …
