This doesn't impact our lawsuit for @CorkDC against #Trump or his hotel. We didn't raise an Emoluments Clause claim. Nor is standing an issue in our case. We allege unfair competition.

This judge has to be a crony of the Trumps.

Misleading tweet by CBS. Judge did dismiss the lawsuit, but was dismissed because Judge found Plaintiffs did not have standing, did not present evidence of personal harm by Trump’s actions.
-
"But Daniels said the plaintiffs failed to prove injury from the accusations. The judge did NOT elaborate on whether Mr. Trump was indeed in breach of the Emoluments Clause, saying that was a case for Congress." (emphasis added)

This doesn’t mean he’s not guilty, the plaintiffs didnt have standing (so the judge thought). The Grifter got away this time, Mueller will get him.
