No I’m just saying there are several different ways to reach out about a problem like this without attempting to ruin the reputation of an entire company, because of a few ignorant workers.

This article doesn’t clarify whether she lives in the independent or assisted living area, which would impact how much care she should expect to receive. Maybe she needs higher level of care? Unclear in this article.

she 96 ... she has earned respect and respectful treatment ..... end of story
-
Respect - always. 1:1 care - not unless she’s in a place that provides it.
-
I should add - we don’t know why she’s being evicted (other than what’s being alleged) but she certainly should not be evicted on a holiday especially if she celebrates it. That’s in very poor taste.

The admissions director should be held accountable. These places accept people who need a higher level of care than they are willing to provide and some misrepresent what the resident will receive in terms of services. Hope you can stave off eviction until new digs found.

Last I checked- grounds for eviction must be listed in the original agreement - so- unless the original agreement states clearly "NO RECORDING ALLOWED"- she can fight it in court & gain about another year awaiting the outcome....- seriously-if a squatter can stay - so can she!
